In the cost given by Taxi Service in Kashmir– TSK or its representative related to cab services

Inclusions include (only for and during the agreed journey plan):

  • Parking, Fuel, Driver’s Night halts and Food charges, Waiting charges and Heating charges. Apart from this, unless anything is mentioned as inclusion specifically, it will be considered as exclusion.

Exclusions:

  • AC ( Air conditioning )
  • Pahalgam / Gulmarg / Sonamarg till hotel or main destination parking. Further onwards like Aru, Betaab, Chandan valleys, Zero-point, Drass, Drung not allowed.
  • Chained Jeeps required for Tangmarg-Gulmarg in heavy snow conditions.
  • Chained jeeps required Gund-Sonmarg in heavy snow conditions.
  • 9AM till 6 PM driver duty time, before or later overtime as per table below
  • Road blockage, Govt. orders, weather or flight delay etc. we are not responsible and no rebates will be there.

Terms

  • Anything mentioned in written form in acceptable and discussable, written form can include WhatsApp, SMS from official phone numbers and Email from the mail id of Taxi Service in Kashmir. Apart from the mentioned above methods of communication everything else is considered as temporary and otherwise disposable.
  • The cost /quote given at all times is as per the tour plan and never based on Day or Hours used.
  • Cab/taxi will be made available as per agreed price. In case of non-availability of any specific vehicle it can be changed to similar class/type of vehicle without prior information at any point of time.
  • Quotes given at any time are considered on Non-AC basis, AC is extra chargeable as per table below.

The above charges are for during the travelling journey only.

AC will be turned off on Hilly terrain, Steep slopes, and if driver deems necessary at any time.

AC cannot be turned ON for more than 10 minutes when the car is idle before or after boarding the cab.

  • With you starting from 9 AM till 6 PM only, further chargeable as per the table below on hourly basis.

  • Wi-Fi enabled on demand as per availability (via phone 4G hotspot on demand). 50 rupees / 1024MB’s used.
  • Fit and permitted commercial vehicle by government.
  • Insured as per commercial government rules.
  • Cab can be upgraded or changed to similar category/class/type without assigning any reason.
  • One day & one tour on major tourist destinations only. No Detours or extensions, unless mentioned and agreed prior clearly with Taxi Service in Kashmir representative in written form.
  • 2 major destinations combined in 1 day will be considered 2 days. Unless discussed and confirmed prior in clear words with Taxi Service in Kashmir representative.
  • Sightseeing at destinations (Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg)are to be done by local village union cab, ponies, horses, sledges, chained-gear require for Tangmarg to Gulmarg in Heavy snow conditions, ATV rides etc. Local restrictions in place for outside vehicles. Example of destinations are Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Chandanwari, Zero Point, Zojilla, Dras, Kargil, etc.
  • Timing starts strictly by 9 am to 6 pm and one major tourist destination a day (including Srinagar drop/return) OR as per agreed itinerary. Timing changes are welcome but it has to be informed, discussed and agreed prior. In case of changes in ongoing tours it will be charged extra as Taxi Service in Kashmir seems fit and genuine.
  • The rates given are applicable for the same day only till 11.29 PM of same day. 30% advance for booking confirmation, rest 70% by or before half the tour completes or 3rd day of the tour whichever is earlier.
  • Permits not included as required for various places like Gurez valley, Kargil, Leh, Bangus etc.

Policies

  • The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is made.
  • Management is not responsible for your luggage / baggage.
  • Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods, Cartoon Boxes and etc. any other articles that are prohibited under law.
  • Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 15 Kgs, Taxi Service in Kashmir shall not take responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the passenger luggage.
  • The arrival and departure of bus or cab may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams, convoy movements, VIP movements, Dignitary visits etc.
  • Changes to the origin and/or destination of travel and customer name
    changes are permitted with pricing changes.
  • Pets and Animals not allowed while Journey plan.

Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy:

  • Before 60 Days cancellation fees of flat Rs. 1000 is  applicable
  • 30% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled between 59 to 10 days of arrival.
  • 40% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled between 10 to 7 days of arrival.
  • 50% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled between 7-4 days of Arrival.
  • No Refund will be given if cancelled within 3 days   of Arrival.
  • No refund will be payable for any missed/ or unused services of the tour due to whatsoever reason.
  • Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • NOTE PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE SAME ACCOUNT AS USED FOR MAKING PAYMENTS/ADVANCES

Maximum capacity of Vehicles:

  • Sedan (Etios/SX4/Swift Dzire/Honda Amaze/Accent/Manza): Driver + 3 adult passengers only, with Luggage.
  • Innova / Innova Crysta / Scorpio / SUV: Driver + 6 adults only with luggage.
  • For any untoward incident Taxi Service in Kashmir can cancel booking at any point of the tour without assigning any reason. Be it ongoing tour, currently active tour, booked, unbooked, confirmed, unconfirmed.
